Opened in 2025, Salterra Resort & Spa carries forward the proud lineage of JEM Worldwide, a third-generation family enterprise rooted in the visionary legacy of Linton N. Tibbetts, O.B.E. Siblings Jessica Tibbetts, Emily Allenbach, and Michael Tibbetts continue their grandfather’s tradition of thoughtful stewardship and entrepreneurial spirit, guiding a portfolio that has grown from its first resort in 1978 to a collection of thriving businesses across the Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos Islands. Inspired by Mr. Tibbetts’ remarkable journey—from humble beginnings to influential developer and leader—Salterra reflects the family’s ongoing commitment to excellence, community investment, and the sustainable success of future generations.
